The following menu is for catered events and requires a 20 person minimum order.

Bites & Minis
Serves 5 per person

Caprese- mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and balsamic reduction (V)(GF)

Cucumber Mini Cups with lemon dill cream cheese (V)(GF)

Maple Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Bites (GF)

Salami, Cream Cheese, and Kalamata Olive Bites (GF)

Prosciutto Wrapped Apple Bites with brie and arugula (GF)

Serves 2 shooters per person

Red and green peppers with celery in an avocado yogurt (V)

Traditional Ranch with celery, carrots, and tomato (V)

Lime Shrimp and zesty tomato sauce

Chipotle Shrimp and honey-mango sauce

Medium Bites & Minis
Serves 3 per person

Chile-Lime Shrimp with a zesty chive sour cream in wonton cups

Polenta with roasted tomato-garlic jam and chevre in puff pastry cups (V)

Baked Brie, Pecan, and Pear Puff Pastry Cups (V)

Cucumber Canapes with smoked salmon and lemon dill cream cheese (GF)

Serves 3 crostinis per person

Sharp Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese with ham and cherry tomatoes

Roasted Garlic Goat Cheese and Salami with roasted red peppers and balsamic  

Honey Glazed Grape and Bleu Cheese (V)

Honey Glazed Berries and Chevre (V)

Honey Glazed Roasted Pear and Bleu Cheese (V)

Sun-dried Tomato, Caramelized Onions and Brie (V)

Mushroom and Onion Duxelle with Swiss (V)

Feta, Tomato, Basil and Roasted Garlic (V)

Stuffed Mushrooms
Serves 3 mushrooms per person

Bistro’s Duxelle with mushrooms, onions, garlic, cream cheese, smoked paprika

Caprese-stuffed with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction

Bacon, spinach, jalapeno, cream cheese and Parmesan



Fruit and Cheese Platter
Serves 2-3 oz cheese and 5-6 oz fruit per person
Brie, smoked gouda, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and a mix of berries, grapes, apples and artisan crackers


Charcuterie Platter
Cured meats, thin sliced turkey, black forest ham, grapes, Grey Poupon, stone ground mustards and artisan crackers

Antipasto Platter
Cured meats, apples, grapes, Artisan cheeses, basil pesto, sundried tomato pesto, and an assortment of olives, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts and artisan crackers

Serves 2 sliders per person

Steak and Bleu Cheese with chives, arugula/spinach, roasted red peppers and balsamic

“Hot Brown” with turkey, bacon, tomatoes and a white sharp cheddar bechamel

Bistro Burger with bacon, arugula/spinach, brie and garlic aioli

BBQ Beef with chipotle coleslaw and sharp cheddar

Philly Cheesesteak with peppers, onions, cream cheese and swiss cheese

Southwest Ancho Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders with cilantro-lime slaw and pickled red onions
*To maintain quality and freshness, sliders can be prepared for events in which we are on site or must be delivered deconstructed
